Landscape Construction Project Manager
RANA is seeking a Construction Manager to help facilitate all aspects of our construction department. The construction manager is expected to integrate with our design department when we have design build projects to assist in the development of construction details and budget tracking. They will also be expected to integrate with our wholesale native plant nursery to for contract grow opportunities and plant deliveries to various construction projects. The construction manager will report to the President and Vice President of the company.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with cost estimators
Product and material procurement
Assembling and sending submittals and RFI’s
Construction and maintenance scheduling for multiple projects at a time
Construction and maintenance supervision and quality control
Developing construction staff to encourage team work and professional improvements
Coordination with design staff for design build projects
Quality customer service
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Applicant must be an inquisitive, energetic individual dedicated to innovative construction methods and ecological landscape solutions
Landscape construction experience with ecological design, California native plants, Irrigation Design, water reuse systems, living roofs and living walls a huge plus
Proficient Microsoft Microsoft Project, AutoCad experience a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Organized and a Self-starter with a strong work ethic
Horticultural background
