RANA is seeking a Construction Manager to help facilitate all aspects of our construction department. The construction manager is expected to integrate with our design department when we have design build projects to assist in the development of construction details and budget tracking. They will also be expected to integrate with our wholesale native plant nursery to for contract grow opportunities and plant deliveries to various construction projects. The construction manager will report to the President and Vice President of the company.

The Design Associate primarily assists with producing design documents throughout all phases of the design. Major responsibilities will include research, construction document production, graphic production, design, office administration, assisting with proposals, and assisting in compiling and updating Rana Creek Living Architecture design standards and construction specifications. The Design Associate will work directly with RANA staff as well as external organizations, agencies and members of the construction and development industry. The right candidate must be able to perform work duties of a broad scope, holistic nature, and with considerable independence.
