Growing up on the Monterey Peninsula fostered a deep appreciation for the native landscapes, ocean, and natural beauty that define California's Central Coast. After building a career in hospitality, event coordination, and client service over the past 15 years, Bren perused her love of horticulture further by joining Rana in early 2025 and quickly stepped into an expanded role supporting the people, projects, and operations that help bring the company's work to life through creative systems on a daily basis.
