Roxy is a Monterey, California native who was introduced to construction management early on through her father and grandfather, both of whom built and managed properties throughout the Monterey Bay. After graduating high school, Roxy left the beachy fog town to get some sunshine up North while attending Sacramento State. There she received a bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration and began her career in baseball, working for the Sacramento River Cats.

After two years in the fast-paced world of baseball, Roxy set her sights on a new arena—managing properties and job sites—where she has spent the past decade building her career and developing a strong appreciation for the dynamic, ever-evolving field of project management. New to the landscaping industry, Roxy is excited to jump in, utilizing her previous project management expertise in a new setting while continuing to learn and grow in a new area of the field.
