Growing up along the majestic coastline in Big Sur, Maria enjoys learning about native flowers and often finds herself photographing and capturing the many scenic landscapes around our beautiful Monterey County. 

At Rana, Maria works with Project Managers to support project invoicing needs from project conception through project close out. In addition to finance, Maria enjoys collaborating with our team to develop effective office operations.

Maria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Collaborative Health and Human Services from California State University, Monterey Bay where she became passionate about Employee Wellness and how to promote a welcoming and supportive environment to increase productivity, engagement, and morale. She understood that there is a positive connection between employee wellness and the performance of a business.
